SMS Messaging & Your Phone Number
When you provide your mobile phone number to Moncrief Bail Bonds, it may be used to send you text messages through our SMS Messaging Program powered by Twilio and managed through Chatwoot.
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent data will never be sold, rented, traded, or shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
This is an absolute commitment. Your phone number is used exclusively to communicate with you about your bail bond case and related services.
SMS message records may be retained in our Chatwoot platform for case management, quality assurance, and legal compliance purposes. Our SMS delivery provider, Twilio, processes message data in accordance with their privacy policy at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
