SMS & Text Message Communications
When you provide your mobile phone number to Moncrief Bail Bonds, you may receive text messages from the Moncrief Bail Bonds Messaging Program for the following purposes:
- Customer support and case-related inquiries
- Bond status updates and court date notifications
- Payment reminders and confirmation notices
- Check-in reminders for defendants on active bonds
- Document requests and intake communications
- General notifications related to your active bond agreement
Message frequency varies based on your bond status and communication with our office. You may receive between 1–10 messages per month depending on your case activity.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Moncrief Bail Bonds does not charge for SMS communications separately.
How to Opt In
You consent to receive SMS messages from the Moncrief Bail Bonds Messaging Program by one or more of the following methods:
- Verbally providing your mobile number and consenting during intake with a Moncrief Bail Bonds agent
- Signing a bail bond agreement that includes an SMS communication consent clause
